How to remove cookies to cure game lag

There are two cause for this, on is the server of course, the other is your computer. We can fix the computer part by deleting cookies.

In FireFox, go to Tools, then Options, click the privacy tab. There is a blue link that says remove individual cookies, click it. This brings up a second box. Just click the remove all cookies button. You will have to re-log in the game.

For Internet Explorer, go to Tools ( its on the far right, looks like a sprocket of some kind),Internet Options, it brings up a new box. Look at the section titled Browsing History,click delete. It will give you another box, Un-check the Save Favorites box, most of us do have the game saved in our favorites, so it will not remove the cookies if that box is checked. Then click delete again. You will need to re-log in game.
